Around Christmas time last year, a 2-parter OVA from Broccoli sneaked under the radar and its simple brilliance probably was missed by many. I am talking about “Winter Garden”, a Di Gi Charat “gaiden” of sorts (non-canonical).

Well this OVA was disappointing to say the least. I hope its not a predicament to the summer season. I would have liked to say that I fell asleep because I had been catching up on a lot of anime that day and I had a cold, but I enjoyed watching Devil May Cry right after this. So what went wrong here?

Seisouhen, Rurouni Kenshin’s Second OVA

If you’re a big Rurouni Kenshin fan like me, you must be dying to see the Jinchuu Arc animated. But I already gave up on that as there aren’t any signs that’s going to happen. I think they’re final solution to catching up with Jinchuu Arc without having conflict with the final part of the series is the Seisouhen, Rurouni Kenshin’s Second OAV.
